Our Coconut Sugar is derived from the Sap of the coconut tree, no preservatives or additives has been used in the production only 100% coconut sap (nectar).

Coconut sugar has a very low GI glycemic index of 35. The higher the glycemic index of a food the quicker it raises blood sugar level.
